Plannie is a shared family calendar and household organiser for the web and iPhone: everyone’s plans in one colour-coded calendar, with chores, meals and lists alongside.
Family life has never been more connected. Yet somehow, the expectations on modern families have never been higher.
Full-time careers. School updates. Practice schedules. Meal plans. Grocery lists. Homework. Appointments. Birthday parties. Routines. Keeping the house running. The little things pile up until they become the invisible work of keeping a family running.
And through it all, parents are expected to stay present.
When everyday life becomes too full, even the simplest things can start to feel overwhelming. The to-do list grows, and so does the mental load of carrying it.
We built Plannie to help every family member succeed in everyday life.
Giving parents the support to be more present. Giving children the support to feel prepared. Helping families get through everyday life with a little more calm, a little more clarity, and a lot more room for life.
Who we are
We’re a small team based in Stockholm, Sweden. Before Plannie we spent years building products at companies like Spotify and Klarna, the kind that millions of people use every day without having to think about them.
We wanted to put the same care into a product for the family, the most important organisation any of us belongs to.
Built with the families who need it most
Plannie grew out of working closely with families living with ADHD and autism. Those families depend on a clear week. Knowing what happens next, seeing it rather than being told, and having routines that stay put can decide how a whole day goes.
What we learned there went into the product: visual schedules in each person’s own colour, routines a child can follow by themselves, and fewer surprises. What helps those families helps every family.
Plannie is a planning tool, not a medical or therapeutic one.
What we believe
Your family’s data belongs to your family. We never sell it, and it is never used to train AI models.
A family tool should be affordable for the whole household. That’s why one subscription covers everyone, and the shared calendar is free.
