Plannie Refund Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Plannie subscriptions. It applies together with our Terms of Service — if anything here conflicts with a right you have under mandatory consumer law, the law wins.
Where you bought Plannie matters
Web purchases (plannie.io / app.plannie.io). Web subscriptions are sold and billed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com, who handle payment, invoicing, and refunds for those purchases. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to the checkout itself.
App Store and Google Play purchases. Refunds for purchases made through Apple's App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies — we cannot issue those refunds ourselves. Request them from Apple or Google Play.
Free trials
Every paid plan starts with a free trial, with the trial length and the exact date of your first charge shown before you subscribe. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time — from your billing settings in Plannie, or through the store where you subscribed. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep paid access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling is not the same as requesting a refund for a charge that has already happened.
Refunds for web purchases
14-day refunds. You can request a refund of a web purchase — including your first subscription payment — within 14 days of the charge. Approved refunds are for the full amount, back to your original payment method. Refunds are issued by Paddle as merchant of record, following Paddle's refund policy.
Charged in error? If you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or otherwise billed in error, contact us and we'll make sure the charge is fully refunded — whenever it happened.
How to request one. Either:
- reply to your Paddle receipt email or use Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net (your receipt links your order there), or
- reach us through the contact form with the email address you subscribed with — we'll take it from there.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
