Is one subscription enough for the whole family?+
Yes. One Premium plan covers everyone under your roof: every member, every device, the tablet on the wall and all the phones.
What's the difference between Free and Premium?+
Free is a real everyday plan: the shared family calendar with all views, up to 4 connected calendars across the family, and lists & meal planning with starter limits (10 items per list, 20 dishes in your meal library, 5 dish photos). Premium removes every limit and adds the Plannie Assistant, unlimited members & devices, habits & rewards, wellbeing check-ins and wall-display mode.
Is there a free trial?+
There's no countdown clock. The Free plan is how you try Plannie, for as long as you like. When the family's ready, upgrading takes a minute.
What's Premium + MCP?+
Everything in Premium, plus a way to wire your own tools into Plannie. Connect your own agents over MCP or the open API and build automations and custom integrations with whatever runs your home.
What happens if I hit a Free limit?+
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. Everything you've added stays right where it is. You just can't add more past the cap until you upgrade.
Can I cancel or switch plans?+
Yes, anytime from your billing account, with no calls and no hoops. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep your paid plan until the end of the period you've paid for. You can also switch between weekly and annual whenever you like.
What currency will I pay in?+
Your own currency. Prices on this page update automatically to your local currency (SEK, EUR, GBP and more), and checkout charges you the same price. Without JavaScript, you’ll see USD, converted at checkout.
Do I need to buy a special device?+
No. Plannie runs on the tablet, laptop and phones you already own, with no box to buy. Mount any tablet in the kitchen, switch it to kiosk mode, and you have a family display.
